I Only Made Instant Pot Recipes for an Entire Month – Here’s What I Learned

I challenged myself only to use an Instant Pot for an entire month. Here are all of the recipes that I made and the surprising things that I learned.

    This is wonderful. I LOVE my Instant Pot, and I also love that I can use it as a slow cooker AND set a delay timer so it’s ready when I get home from work.

    Also, I find that eMeals has been a HUGE help for me to plan my menus and shop online saving me even more time and money.

    I love my Instant Pot and I will definetly try some of these recipes. However, I don’t thing these photos above show a complete balanced diet, perhaps steam some broccoli or fresh veggies to go with the rice and chicken for example. We should be eating all of the colors of the rainbow!
